BroadbandDeals.co.uk Comparison Site Accredited by Ofcom
BroadbandDeals.co.uk is delighted to announce that Ofcom has accredited our comparison service following a rigorous independent audit.
This means visitors can trust that the website and comparison service to be accurate, transparent, comprehensive, up-to-date and accessible.
BroadbandDeals.co.uk joins a select group of price comparison websites in the UK that are officially accredited by the telecoms industry regulator and becomes only the fourth to be approved for broadband comparison.
Huddersfield-based Bonus Media Ltd built the site in 2016 to help home, business and mobile broadband customers get a better deal.
With hundreds of broadband, landline and TV packages we compare more deals than any other major site, including the latest gigabit-capable fibre services. Users can check availability by entering their postcode and then filter by speed, contract, type etc.
The site will then calculate 'The Bottom Line' for every deal, so users can see the true cost of the service over the length of the contract, including any 'hidden' charges and allowing them to compare like with like.
Accessibility for all is a priority – the website meets standards for use with screen readers and users can always call our dedicated broadband sales line on 0800 093 2520 if they prefer.
Lindsey Fussell, director of Ofcom's consumer group, said: “Price comparison services help consumers to make informed choices, by offering clear information on the services available to them and how much they cost.”
{{ “Ofcom accreditation means consumers can be confident that a price comparison service provides information that is accurate and thorough.” }}
Ben Tibbits, director at BroadbandDeals.co.uk, said:
"We are very proud to become an Ofcom accredited site - it is a wonderful validation of everything the team has worked so hard to achieve over the last year.
The broadband market is changing fast, so consumers need to know they can trust us to be fair and impartial in guiding them through the ever-growing range of providers and services.
We're committed to offering not only the widest possible choice, but also the help and advice that users need to get the best broadband, phone and TV deals for them."
