European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2001, organised by Call Centre Focus Magazine, will be held during the Space Odyssey 2001 Ball at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, Birmingham (NEC) on 9 October 2001.

London, 10 April – Call Centre Focus, the UK’s leading industry magazine (1), invites entries for the sixth annual European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2001 (2). The Awards are hailed as the industry benchmark in recognition for call centre best practice across the industry.

The awards ceremony will take place during the Space Odyssey 2001 Ball, on the first night of C@ll Centre Expo 2001 - the UK's premier Telebusiness and Customer Contact Management Event (3).

Entries will be judged by an independent panel of 18 leading professionals from various consultancies, industry associations and key editors of supporting publications. The closing date for entries is the 18 May 2001.
