InterForum, the not-for-profit organisation that helps British business trade electronically, will host the eBusiness Advice Centre in Hall 17 at Networks telecom 2001 (NEC, Birmingham, 26-28 June 2001).

The InterForum eBusiness Advice Centre will run throughout the three days of Networks telecom 2001 (1), offering companies with between 50 and 250 employees FREE one-to-one industry advice on issues relating to the latest information and communications technologies available.

The InterForum eBusiness Advice Centre is designed to help small to medium-sized enterprise gain maximum advantage from the latest e-business technologies. Advisors are drawn from members of InterForum's governing councils representing some of the best-known and influential organisations in the UK, drawn from both suppliers and users of information and communications technologies, guaranteeing InterForum an impartial and highly informed source of information.

Visitors to the Centre will be able to source impartial and informed answers to questions like:

- What opportunities does mobile commerce provide?

- Is the wireless Internet secure?

- How to implement an e-strategy?

- What are the key issues to address when setting up an e-commerce site?

Visitors to InterForum’s Business Advice Centre will also receive a free copy of InterForum’s eighth White Paper, entitled, ‘m-Commerce – e-Business without Boundaries’. The White Paper, with foreword by e-Minister Patricia Hewitt MP, examines the role of mobile commerce and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) in today’s digital economy, and forms part of a series of educational white papers from InterForum designed to educate today’s business audience in both an informative and entertaining style.
