Genesis Communications selects Çedilla Systems for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Çedilla Systems, one of the UK’s leading providers of Microsoft Dynamics-based software solutions, and part of Qurius NV, has announced that it has supplied and installed a Microsoft Dynamics CRM based system for Genesis Communications, formerly part of the Dixons Stores Group.

Genesis is the UK’s largest independent business mobile and data service provider with in excess of 28,000 business accounts and 125,000 handset subscribers, and a business dating back more than 10 years. It has partnerships with leading manufacturers and network providers.

Genesis will use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution to consolidate all of its new business and sales information. This information was previously scattered across Genesis’s multiple UK sales territories and regional sales consultants. Çedilla has given Genesis a centralised system that will enable a more efficient and effective use of this information.

Genesis also has ambitious growth plans concerning acquisition of new customers and the provision of a growing portfolio of services – the new CRM solution will be a key factor in achieving these goals.

Adam Spurr, Sales & Marketing Director at Genesis Communications, explained the selection of Microsoft Dynamics CRM from Çedilla: “We understand the importance of working with information and quickly concluded we needed a system that would manage all contacts, appointments, tasks centrally. The system delivered by Çedilla will support Genesis as it continues to grow and has been tailored to manage sales pipeline requirements unique to Genesis and the telecommunications industry. It also allows for existing mobile devices to be used, with all relevant data available to be synchronised to employees’ handhelds.
