CloudApps unveils comprehensive new release that includes multi-lingual and Salesforce1 mobile support

London, 17th December 2014 – CloudApps, the company behind the UK’s leading CRM performance enhancing tool, has announced the immediate availability of the latest release of its headline product, SuMo for Salesforce.

SuMo for Salesforce employs game mechanics to enrich the Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud applications by focusing the behaviour of its users. This allows customers to increase user adoption, drive sales, service & marketing cadence and accelerate the achievement of each organisation’s CRM KPIs.

Amongst many new features, the latest release offers global support via a fully translatable user interface, allowing the application to be delivered in any language, bringing motivation to every corner of the planet. This comes after a successful worldwide campaign sees the company implementing its system in North America, Asia Pac and throughout Europe with new customers and implementation partners including Kerensen in France, CRMWaypoint in the Netherlands and Fluido in the Nordics joining CloudApps’ ever growing line-up of product resellers and implementation partners.

Users will be challenged further whilst on the go with SuMo’s complete mobile capabilities, offering native support for the Salesforce1 mobile client as well as its own functionally rich iOS-based mobile client, which is available for immediate download from the Apple App Store.

The user interface experience has been reimagined with reusable summary components that include a brand new competition countdown display. These components are tightly integrated into the user interface and provide a compact and clear view into the users’ progress by showcasing alternating information on competition ranking, points achieved and badges accumulated as part of the rotating summary display. Available for re-use in the Salesforce Sales and Service consoles, Salesforce Communities, Custom Pages and in the Salesforce1 mobile app, it makes SuMo available across every inch of

The updated release takes admin control to the next level by fine-tuning the scope in which admins can measure and variably reward users through the incorporation of powerful formula calculations and conditional logic. This allows for a variable size of rewards to be allocated based on values such as opportunity deal size.

CloudApps’ vision of perpetual profiles expands in this new release which now includes a retrievable Game Archive. This Archive allows previous competitions to be kept available (although hidden) for continued analysis allowing the comparison of competition effectiveness over time and warranting users a Performance History that expands through past and current accomplishments.
