Kent based Telecommunications Company, ComputerTel Limited has launched a new Customer Charter, to improve access to their services and promote quality and consistency in their Customer Service Delivery.

ComputerTel believes that this new Charter will help communicate more effectively with their Customers, End Users and employees, to offer expectations of the standard of service delivery to anticipate.
