The Nutrition Society opens its cost effective rooms for meetings, seminars and training in Hammersmith

London, UK ---- UK charity The Nutrition Society http://www.nutritionsociety.org today unveils its new meeting room space available to hire in the heart of London’s Hammersmith.

The meeting rooms meeting rooms, which have undergone a full refurbishment, can cater for up to 16 delegates theatre style in Meeting Room 1, 16 boardroom style in Meeting Room 2 and 40 theatre or 32 boardroom with the rooms functioning as one. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with highspeed wi-fi, an interactive whiteboard, projector, TV/DVD and flipcharts, which are included in the room hire cost.

Marvin Wallace, operations manager at The Nutrition Society comments, “Our meeting room space provides a comfortable and quiet environment for businesses needing modest but high spec spaces in West London. The two rooms can be used as one for larger meetings or divided by sound resistant wall if a bigger space is not required.”

The Nutrition Society offers discount rates for UK registered charities and The Nutrition Society members and associated businesses. Unlimited tea and coffee is complimentary and a cold finger buffet lunch is available, which can be served in a separate breakout room or in the meeting room for working lunches.

The combined meeting room space of Meeting Room 1 and 2 is available to hire for a flat cost of £200.00 per day for members and £350.00 per day for charities and associated businesses. On-site parking and disabled access is available and the building has full air conditioning throughout.

Wallace concludes, “By providing a cost effective and fully inclusive option The Nutrition Society’s meeting rooms make for an ideal space to hold meetings, seminars and training sessions in central Hammersmith; located just five minutes walk from The Underground.”
