Northgate congratulates IRRV award-winners

Northgate Information Solutions today congratulated three of its clients, Harrow, Liverpool and Southwark councils, on their success at this year’s IRRV Performance Awards:

- London Borough of Harrow
Winner of the Benefits Team of the Year award

- Liverpool City Council
Winner of the Excellence in Customer Care award

- London Borough of Southwark
Winner of the Excellence in Social Inclusion award

The winners were announced at the IRRV Annual Conference 2005. The Awards Panel has looked for organisations who have demonstrated high levels of customer satisfaction, excellence in delivery and an ongoing commitment to customer-focused service.
