Denbighshire County Council today announces that it has selected Northgate Information Solutions to improve the business processes governing its Housing Enforcement and Housing and Area Renewals functions.
Northgate will provide Denbighshire with a new system to support the councils’ work in private sector housing through the comprehensive management of grants, non-grant assistance, complaints, inspection, payments and implementation of the new Housing Act.
All relevant information, including that collected throughout the various application processes, will be recorded and made available from a single point of access, ensuring staff can deliver a faster service to local citizens.
Councillor Pauline Dobb, Lead Member for Health and Wellbeing at Denbighshire County Council said today:
