Two ‘firsts' for Fellows' Associates at UK Business Excellence Awards 2006

Fellows’ Associates last night became the UK’s smallest organisation – and the only social enterprise – to be Recognised for Excellence (R4E) by the British Quality Foundation and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).

Fellows’ Associates, which works with its clients to build reputation and contribute to public policy, accepted its R4E certificate at the gala dinner for the UK Business Excellence Awards 2006, which was held last night in London’s Park Lane Hilton.

R4E certification is awarded to organisations with a strong focus on quality management and who have implemented the EFQM Excellence Model and management frameworks.

Kathy Sutton, Director of Fellows’ Associates, said today:
“As a small company operating in the public interest, we are delighted to reach this important quality standard. Fellows’ helps clients to improve what they do and what they say, and being Recognised for Excellence is evidence of our commitment to practising what we preach.

“It is thanks to the dedication of our staff and the support of our partners that we have reached this quality standard, and we will remain focused on continuous improvement as a means of delivering service excellence for our clients.”
