Airport staff are benefiting from an online training programme which has been specifically designed to meet the DfT requirement for GSAT (General Security Awareness Training). All staff working in an airport’s restricted zone are now required to have GSAT by law.

The Department for Transport has stated that all staff who work airside – whether airline employees, airport employees, retailers, contractors and specialist workers, anyone requiring an airside pass, must complete GSAT (General Security Awareness Training) with an approved training provider. GSATtraining.net is helping employers meet these demands - which are set to affect thousands of staff at all levels – by providing an enhanced training experience.

The specialist company is the first to have developed an interactive, video based training course which allows candidates to relate more easily to the issues they are being tested on, with real workplace scenarios being portrayed on screen. Read full release
