The Fusco Family have run Whitby's celebrated Quayside fish and chips shop since 1999. Based in one of Whitby's most historic buildings, which is said to have housed the library where Bram Stoker carried out research for his gothic novel Dracula.
The family also runs Fish Box and the Royal Fisheries, employing more than 50 people, and supporting local schools, sports teams and community groups as well as delivering award-winning fish and chips.
