SIRENIC PROVIDES COMMISSION FOR RURAL COMMUNITIES WITH MOBILE EMAIL & DATA ACCESS SERVICE

23rd November 2005 - MobilePA, the mobile email and data management service
from Sirenic, has been selected by the Commission for Rural Communities, an
operating division of The Countryside Agency to facilitate employee
communication and improve productivity and thus to enable greater working
flexibility.

MobilePA will enable the Commission for Rural Communities' staff to access
and respond to email on the move, manage their diary, view related
information from the Commission's CRM system and receive regular news on
relevant issues.

MobilePA sits within the Commission's existing IBM infrastructure, utilising
Websphere Everyplace Connection Manager to provide a highly secure and
efficient connection for moving data between the enterprise and mobile
users.

Jonathan Ballinger, IT, Finance & Estates Manager at The Commission for
Rural Communities, comments: "Travel features heavily in the lives of our
workforce; MobilePA will help us to utilise this time to best effect,
eradicating downtime and significantly improving productivity. The results
of the trial revealed a saving of up to 12 hours per week per employee."

Betrand Lipworth, Chairman at Sirenic, added: "With mobility and flexibility
being key to the Commission, we are pleased to provide a mobile email and
data access service that will bring significant benefits coupled with a low
cost."
