In 1994, Louise Dyson at VisABLE People model agency trail-blazed disabled modeling with the launch of an international competition to find the first models with disabilities. Then there came the famous fashion shoot in 1998 by Alexander McQueen and Nick Knight for Dazed and Confused. In 2008 – Britain’s Missing Top Model with Jonathan Phang picked up the baton.
