D.Day Approaches, The Search For Hidden Gold Nears Its Conclusion, "The Crock" Competition Prize Awaits A Finder On Discovery Day

The Crock by Leofric Jones

Every purchaser of the book, at £3.99, is entitled to one entry in a competition to find their own hidden gold

In mid November 2010 Leofric Jones published his E-book: “The Crock”. He hoped that readers would enjoy this rumbustious story of the search for hidden gold in Portugal but, to make the whole thing more fun, he added the chance for those readers to find their own gold.

Every purchaser of the book, at £3.99, is entitled to one entry in a competition to find their own hidden gold.

Starting on 15th November 2010 and concluding on 30th May 2011 a series of clues, mainly geographical, have been published on “the Crock” website at www.crockofgold.co.uk which, together with clues hidden in the book itself, will guide the searcher to a hoard of gold somewhere in the UK.

Not physically hidden but virtually hidden. The searcher need not go to the actual location of each of the clues. He or she can work them out with a good road map, the internet and, of course, a copy of the E-book.

The winner of the competition is guaranteed to win gold to the minimum value of £1,390.00 but the hoard could be greater.

Few clues now remain.

Will some bright person find the gold?

We shall have to wait and see. The next book in the series, with another search for treasure, will follow shortly, when the first prize has been claimed.
