LiveSmart, a London based health tech start-up that combines health assessments which involves a convenient blood screening service and personalised health coaching to proactively improve personal health, has raised a substantial development capital funding round. The investment will support their B2B sales strategy in advance of a potentially larger series A investment round towards the end of 2017. Investors include Matt Merrick (formerly the Managing Director of Virgin Active Health Clubs) and Lawrence Mitchell (formerly Global Marketing Director and Global Wellness Leadat Reed Business Information). Lawrence and Matt complement the highly experienced management team, led by Alex Heaton, and are well placed to advise the business as it grows.
