Bracknell, UK, 18 April 2001 – Software AG, Europe’s largest systems software company, has today announced it has partnered with Morse Group for the supply of e-Business applications driven by Software AG’s XML-based Tamino platform and integration technology. The relationship was signed on 30 March.

Andrew Morris, Business Development Director at Morse, comments, "Our partnership with Software AG provides Morse with a complete portfolio of products for e-Business. We offer Software AG superb integration skills, coupled with our dedication to forward-thinking technology."

Additionally attractive for Software AG is Morse’s pedigree in vertical markets, including Finance, Telcos and Media, where it boasts high-profile customers such as Deutsche Bank, Orange and News International. Software AG’s award-winning Tamino database and EntireX integration technology provide powerful tools for e-Business infrastructures, and Morse’s reputation for professional services in this space completes the picture.”

The association with Morse reflects Software AG’s move towards being a partner-centric company. Morris of Morse concludes, “We are fully in tune with Software AG’s ethos and technology, and we are fully educated in the marketplace. Together, we intend to maximise the opportunities presented by our respective sales pipelines, and drive the integration of legacy and external systems through XML.”
