Neighbo.com and PHC help residents get better connected

PHC Management Limited connecting to clients through local management and social networking service

Neighbo.com, a social networking site for residents and managers of social and private housing, today announces that PHC Management Ltd, a property management company, will use its services to set up online networking and management groups for 18 of its residential apartment blocks.

Uniting communities on and offline to achieve common goals and bring social networking to a hyper-local level, Neighbo.com will enable PHC Management Limited to maintain solid and trustworthy relationships with residents of current and future apartment blocks and housing sites. Thus supporting the company as it grows on a more widely geographic scale.

By raising issues online, residents are able to help each both online and off by sharing answers, ideas and advice. This hands-on and personal approach means that residents play a greater role in the management of their property and are able to contribute to the environmental, social and economic well being of their neighbourhood.
