How to Use:
After cleansing, apply three pumps under each eye in a generous layer. Do not rub in. Apply the eye pads; they will hold in place. After ten minutes lift the eye pads away and gently pat in any excess product. A slight tingling sensation is normal. Use 2 to 3 times per week.
