Accompanied by co-rider Jamie, Brydon set off from his home in Shrewsbury in May on an adventure across 25 countries, racking up 25,000km along the way.

“This presents the opportunity to live my dream of cycling across the world, something I’ve been wanting to do for years” says Brydon, 24, who had laser eye surgeryat Optimax earlier this year.
