Walking through the doors of the hotel, in the idyllic town of Helmsley, you are greeted warmly by a striking receptionist and owner Simon, who previously helped to bring to our attention such establishment as Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, The Samling, and Seaham Hall. He is very much a ‘hands on’ owner, who oversees every detail of his guest’s stay. His staff follow in his footsteps and are fanatical about attention to detail and impeccable service.
