After Royal jewellers Gerrard hinted that the couple may be considering using Fairtrade gold for their rings it’s entirely feasible that Kate Middleton will break from convention again and select a Fair Trade gown.
Swallows is a Fair Trade women’s project based in Thanapara Swallows, near the Ganges River in North West Bangladesh. Set up to provide opportunities for women who suddenly found that they were the head of the household, after the village was devastated in 1971, when all the adult males were massacred during the war of independence.
