To celebrate Valentine’s Day, ‘one-stop-shop’ pet emporium Pet Pavilion invites single pawrents looking for love, and their dogs, to join them for their very first speed dating event on Wednesday 13th February 2019, 6:00pm – 8:00pm at The Market Place Restaurant in Chelsea Farmers Market, London. 30 human guests and their four-legged companions participating in the free event are promised an evening of “fun and flirting” where Pet Pavilion will provide dogs with complimentary pawsecco, doggy treats and a goody bag to take home, while human guests can enjoy happy hour until 7pm.

Pet Pavilion’s Alex Saville-Edells explains “We’ve wanted to host an event like this for a while now and what better way for single people who share a love of dogs to meet?! The dogs being there will be an ice breaker, a topic to discuss to help get the conversation started and guests will be reassured knowing they already have at least one thing in common!” Pet Pavilion will have 30 tables for the 30 guests and their dogs, guests will have 3 – 4 minutes to become acquainted with the dog-lover sat opposite them while the dogs too can get acquainted. Alex adds, “Dogs have very strong instincts, so if your dog isn’t a fan of the person sat in front of you, then perhaps they’re not a potential suitor, let alone your perfect match” and that “there are so many dog lover dating websites & new apps coming out this year that clearly there’s demand out there for opportunities to date with your dog!”
