New IT helpdesk goes live in under 6 weeks

London 12th March 2006 – IT service management specialist, Tertio SMS, has completed a new helpdesk solution with leading online betting and gaming group, bet365 Group Limited. The installation went live in under six weeks after signing the agreement. The solution, based on the BMC Remedy industry leading helpdesk application, has revamped bet365’s service management and enhanced its reporting abilities.
