Potty training call centre for panicking parents getting their children ready for school

Potty Training Call Centre: Parents are panicking

"My child is starting school and isn't toilet trained, HELP!" is one of the most common enquiries received by Amanda Jenner, the UK's Potty Training expert

The Potty Training Academy launched by Amanda Jenner, who recently appeared on BBC One's documentary about the potty training crisis, is being faced by hundreds of parents whose children are due to start school next week and aren't fully toilet trained.

Parents are panicking that their children won't be trained in time, and will be embarrassingly starting school still wearing a nappy, furthermore they seem to leave it until the very last minute before asking for help.

The 2016 ATL report showed that there is a huge increase in both parents having to go out to work, meaning their child will attend some sort of day care, leaving less time for parents to potty train successfully. The average age of potty training is steadily increasing with a staggering 70% of primary schools reporting that children will be starting school still wearing nappies, leading to fundamental health and behavioural issues.

To cope with the demand, Amanda has opened up a call centre service for parents who need urgent help on toilet training their little ones ready for school, the phone lines are constantly ringing and emails are coming through at a rapid rate.

Known affectionately as 'The Potty Lady', Amanda is the UK's leading expert on potty training. Amanda is passionate about campaigning to help educate the public & schools about the ever increasing issues of delayed toilet training, and her over-arching mission is to get the government involved.
