NHS Connecting for Health appoints CSA Waverley as ASCC supplier

IT health specialist, CSA Waverley, has been appointed as a specialist SME supplier to the Additional Supply Capability and Capacity (ASCC) framework by NHS Connecting for Health (CfH).

The framework agreement sees the company provide end user and other hardware services plus Lot 3a consultancy services.

CSA Waverley has a proven track record of helping public sector organisations meet efficiency demands with creative, value-driven solutions to improve IT infrastructure and storage systems.

The company’s technical approach recently helped Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation, virtualising it’s physical server estate by 75% to save time and money, adding value to the agility and continuity of the organisation’s IT infrastructure.

NHS CfH has established ASCC to access a broader-base supply community, to support delivery of the National Programme for IT and to meet a range of wider NHS business requirements.

NHS CfH covers a national network of 21 sites, delivering the NHS National Programme for IT – a ten year plan to modernise the NHS in England.

CSA Waverley Managing Director, Andrew Boyle, said: “This is a superb win for us and it cements our heritage as a stand out provider of ICT goods and services to the NHS. Our extensive experience will consistently deliver the very best technology and support to ensure the agency has the tools it requires to focus on delivering the National Programme for IT.”
