Guy first started working with Radtac 12 months ago and now will undertake to be Head of Radtac:Culture. This association will ensure that Radtac clients get continued access to complementary thought leadership in the organisation development and behavioural aspects of agile transformation programmes undertaken with Radtac.

Guy McDonnell coaches Executives and Executive teams in strategy, organization and leadership development. Until 2009 he was a senior partner in the Leadership and Talent Consulting practice of Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest retained Executive Search firm. He practiced in 20 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the USA - and was Global Leader of the Senior Team Effectiveness service offering.

Prior to Korn/Ferry, Guy led the European Change Practice of Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson), the leading global People and HR Consultancy. Prior to Towers Perrin, he worked in food retailing for Argyll Group plc. then a FTSE 50 company and owner of the Safeway supermarket chain.
