Realitalia and Bocelli brothers create a new breed of property in Tuscany

The ancient property is located in an olive tree garden with an on-site swimming pool and panoramic views across the sprawling Tuscan countryside.

A property in Tuscany renovated by the architect brother of world famous singer, Andrea Bocelli has been converted into individual holiday homes available for purchase. In collaboration with the innovative property company, Realitalia, Alberto Bocelli led the restoration of ‘Ville degli Olivi’ in his home town of Lajtico – where his famous brother hosts an annual open air concert at the magnificent landscape theatre, Teatro Del Silenzio.

The ancient property is located in an olive tree garden with an on-site swimming pool and panoramic views across the sprawling Tuscan countryside. Surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, yet only a two minute walk from the main square and a thirty minute drive from both Pisa airport and the coast, this property in Tuscany has its clear advantages. Not just another restored property in Tuscany

Yet it’s not just the location of this property that makes it so special. Luca Catalano of Realitalia explains: ‘Because the descendants of the Bocelli family have been in the area for 600 years or so, the brothers naturally have a strong interest in the sustainability, growth and prosperity of this part of Italy. This particular property in Tuscany has been restored with a real sense of loyalty and love for the history and beauty of the region.’

What makes these holiday homes rarer still is that Realitalia deliver an ‘intelligent design’ framework as standard, with the ability to customise a new property in Tuscany off-plan from the very start of the buying process. This is considered rare across Italy, as is their on-site management and letting system, which consists of comprehensive online booking facilities with credit card payments, and a professionally organised on-site concierge system. Backed by a close working relationship with local communities, Realitalia provide support, maintenance and management of lettings whilst an owner is not in residence.

Alberto Bocelli himself is said to have grand plans for the homes and expects that they will help his local community by creating jobs. He hopes that buyers of the new homes will embrace becoming a part of the community in Lajtico.

Ville degli Olivi homes start at €200,000 and interest should be expressed in the first instance to Realitalia via their website, www.realitalia.co.uk or calling them on 020 7851 4456.
