Call Britannia, a pioneering UK call centre that aims to create 10,000 jobs for the unemployed, has celebrated its 1st anniversary by winning a contract with HomeServe, Britain’s home emergency repair experts.

The Call Britannia team will be supporting HomeServe’s in-house team handling inbound calls from its customers. The team began the training process earlier this month and have already started taking customer calls.

Simon Pook, Claims Director said: “We had been looking for a call centre to support our in-house teams especially during the busy winter period. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and it is critical that we have the right people to provide the best possible service for our customers. We whole heartedly support the Call Britannia mission of employing the unemployed, but more importantly have been incredibly impressed by the level of service they offer their clients and the quality of their staff.”
