Reloadable Airline Loyalty Multi-Currency Mastercard for International Travellers Continues European Expansion
Rêv Worldwide, a global payments innovation company announced today the official launch of its SAS EuroBonus Travel Wallet™ in the UK. It is the only airline loyalty card programme in the UK that awards users with miles from the SAS loyalty programme which can be redeemed on Star Alliance partner routes. The programme operates in partnership with Mastercard and Scandinavian Airlines, one of Europe's biggest airline groups.
The new SAS Travel Wallet™ gives EuroBonus programme members more ways to earn miles and pay in local currency when travelling abroad. Members get 2 points per 1 GBP spent abroad and 1 point per 5 GBP spent in the UK. With 13 popular currencies available for real-time currency exchange, the SAS Travel Wallet account provides a reloadable SAS branded Mastercard debit card to give users acceptance at merchants and ATMs worldwide.
Following the success of The SAS Travel Wallet™ launched last autumn to Danish, Finish, Norwegian and Swedish residents, the programme is now one of the airlines’ flagship co-brand payment products.
