At a time when many UK public sector technology teams are facing huge budget pressures, The e-Government National Awards, the UK’s most closely watched public sector technology awards, has extended its nomination deadline in response to feedback from professionals across the sector.
The nomination window will now remain open until 29 October, following a raft of complaints from embattled technology specialists that current budget contractions as a result of the forthcoming spending review are leaving them with little time for anything else.
