Exciting news from The Menopause Exchange!
Membership of The Menopause Exchange has changed. We are now emailing our quarterly newsletters to anyone interested in the menopause and midlife health for FREE.
Free membership entitles women to The Menopause Exchange newsletters, which will be emailed four times a year. Each newsletter is packed full with practical information on menopausal symptoms, osteoporosis, ways to cope with the menopause (including HRT, complementary therapies, nutrition and self-help measures), chronic health problems (e.g. heart disease and diabetes) plus much more.
The next newsletter (issue 54) includes articles on: HRT choices; Pharmacy help for the menopause; Anxiety at the menopause; and Could you have a thyroid problem?

The Menopause Exchange, which was established in 1999, is completely independent and is not sponsored by any companies. It aims to provide unbiased and easily understood information to women and healthcare professionals. The information provided is designed to enable women to make informed decisions about their own health and wellbeing.
