Warsun International Communications Corp., is extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Niles E. Helmboldt as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

developing extensive business relationships in Africa and Europe, Niles has the talents to
help Warsun grow the business and to make a tremendous contribution to its success," said

Mr. Helmboldt is a co-founder of Modern Africa Growth & Investment Company, LLC. Modern
Africa, one of Warsun's shareholders, is a direct equity fund that invests in private
companies operating in sub-Saharan Africa. He is Chairman of the Executive Committee of
Modern Africa Fund Managers, LLC, the Washington and Johannesburg based managers of the fund.

At present, Niles is also a director of Phyto-Riker Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Communications
Networks of Africa (Ghana) Ltd, Comstar Cellular S.A. Cote d'Ivoire, and Euronimba Ltd., a
consortium of French, South African and Japanese mining companies currently developing an
iron ore mine in Guinea. Niles is the founder and was chief executive officer of Equator Bank
from 1974 until 1988. From 1984 to 1996 he was a director and member of the executive
committee of SIFIDA, a Geneva-based financial organization financing businesses and projects
throughout Africa.
