SMEs can switch on our complete CRM and Marketing Automation solution and be immediately competing on a level playing field

Monday 26th June 2017, London UK: Workbooks Online Limited, the UK-based leading CRM vendor, today announces the launch of Workbooks GatorMail, the latest product to be released as part of its Marketing Automation suite aimed at the mid-market.

Levelling the playing field

Workbooks GatorMail is an advanced email marketing tool, which allows users to easily and efficiently segment and target their audience with highly relevant and personalised email messages. Workbooks is licensing the solution from Marketing Automation provider CommuniGator and integrating it into its CRM solution.

Workbooks customers will now be able to easily create mailing lists in their CRM platform, segment their target audience and run A/B testing, create compelling email content using a rich library of HTML and plain text templates, schedule deliveries and manage their recipients preferences through a Subscription Centre whilst maintaining compliance with data regulations. They will be able to create dynamic and complex workflows that will revolutionise the way they engage and nurture their prospects and customers.

“For some time now, small and mid-sized firms have looked enviously at the integrated CRM and email marketing platforms available to their enterprise-scale competitors,” says John Cheney, CEO of Workbooks. The launch of Workbooks GatorMail is changing all that. Regardless of how limited their IT resources, SMEs can switch on our complete CRM and Marketing Automation solution and be immediately competing on a level playing field with those competitors. It’s a game changer.”

Significant benefits

A complete solution for CRM and Marketing Automation delivers significant benefits to users. CRM manages data and processes. Marketing Automation allows organisations to segment contacts and target them with personalised and highly relevant messages that can accelerate the sales cycle, increase conversion, ultimately helping close the deal. Marketing Automation also allows businesses to create dynamic triggers and workflows to ensure no potential sales or renewals are forgotten and prospects are nurtured in the most efficient way. It aligns the sales and marketing functions by giving them visibility of each other’s’ actions. It allows them to maintain a personal touch with customers as they scale up.

In March this year, Workbooks launched Web Insights, its first Marketing Automation Web analytics functionality, which allows customers to identify anonymous visitors on their website and put that insight in the context of the information already available within the CRM system. The launch of GatorMail makes the Workbooks suite of CRM and Marketing Automation even more complete, and there is more to come later in 2017 with the planned launch of some data enhancement and survey tools. Workbooks has been very active in terms of product development over the past year, providing greater customer experience and value. Workbooks recently launched a new User Interface (UI), improving navigation particularly on mobile and tablet devices.

As Cheney concludes: “Small and mid-market organisations are increasingly looking for Marketing Automation to be part of CRM, rather than having to integrate different technologies from different vendors. With the Workbooks CRM and Marketing Automation solution, we have delivered just that and made it accessible and affordable for all. Businesses from all sizes can now further enhance their ability to generate leads, increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.”
