Chipside sharpens customer focus with organisation restructure

Swindon, Wiltshire, 2nd September 2019:Chipside, a provider of parking and traffic management technology to more than 170 UK local authorities, is restructuring to improve customer engagement, communication and drive greater business success.

David Wright, previously Head of Digital Futures, has been appointed Chief Communications Officer. On stepping into the new role, David Wright says; “{{Chipside has an amazing company culture and impactful suite of digital products and services that deserve to be recognised}} on a wider scale in the parking industry. I am delighted to be given the brief to improve communication with our loyal service users and share customer success stories .”

To date Simon Cheung has played an instrumental role in launching successful projects as Head of the Service Delivery team at Chipside and has produced strong results. Simon will now deploy his knowledge and skills in the field, working to deliver Local Government digital transformation projects.

Meanwhile Mike Anstey will focus on customer support. With his extensive experience in both technical and project delivery, he is the ideal candidate to lead the Service Delivery team's growth. Mike’s immediate priority is to ensure our team is equipped with the right tools and skills to deliver Chipside’s ambitious Strategy 2025.
