Talmix adds new soft skills matching capabilities to improve talent acquisition

Talmix, the talent acquisition technology company that creates connections between business requirements and highly-skilled professional talent, has announced a further enhancement to its talent intelligence algorithms with its new soft skills matching capabilities.

The demand for soft skills matching is almost exceeding that for hard skills as businesses seek talent to engage well and become more productive and efficient. According to Deloitte’s 2016 Global Human Capital Trends report, 92 percent of Deloitte’s respondents rated soft skills as a critical priority.

Talmix already uses hard skill datasets like specialist experience, sector knowledge, functional expertise, numbering hundreds of thousands of data points, as part of its Talent Intelligence processing to generate matches to business requirements posted on its platform. These connections are generated instantly and mean that currently over 50% of businesses are introduced to the talent they hire within 24 hours from first stating their needs.
