Nottingham, 5th November 2015 – Onomi, a leading independent database services specialist, has announced that it’s been awarded significant funding through the Invest To Grow Programme, as managed by the University of Derby.

The services provided by Onomi help companies manage their database technologies more effectively by reducing costs and the maintenance overhead. To provide even greater efficiencies and to further enhance service levels, Onomi have recently been awarded significant investment via the Invest To Grow Programme to help develop a next generation Database as a Service (DBaaS). The new platform will provide customers with a choice of database technologies and will operate on both public and private environments.
