On 12th September 2012, Rosetta ran a translation workshop as part of Bexley Grammar School’s outreach programme to teach year 11 students about careers in languages.

This is not the first time that Rosetta has gotten involved to make the world of translation accessible to younger minds. In 2010 and 2011, Rosetta was invited as a guest lecturer at the University of Westminster to provide insight into the daily responsibilities of a project manager in the translation industry.

It was therefore with great enthusiasm that they accepted Bexley Grammar School’s invitation to come and teach students about their experience using languages in business and real-life contexts through talks and workshops. The students selected to participate in this event came from various schools, as being the stronger linguists from each school, interested in using languages in the future.
