Ailsa Frank has been invited to host 'Feel Amazing' workshops throughout the event.
Creativity is well known to boost your emotional wellbeing which is why the Floral Art and Design show is hosting a wellness and relaxation lounge. They have teamed up with various health brands including hypnotherapist and Hay House author Ailsa Frank who will be running 'Feel Amazing' workshops throughout the weekend. The event will be showcasing spectacular floral displays, demonstrations, crafts and shopping avenues to celebrate 60 years of National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS). Come along to enjoy a fabulous day out and re-awaken your creative inner self or perhaps go away inspired to take up a new hobby!
