Joyce joins the GTS practice to focus on digital transformation. Working with boards, CEOs, founders and investors, she works across a range of industries including gaming, consumer internet, fintech, media and on-demand, social and mobile. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joyce worked for an international executive search firm as a member of the Internet and Digital practice, and previously was a senior consultant at a boutique firm specializing in software and IT services appointments.
