Excel Networking: A New Perspective

Excel Networking: A New Perspective

At Excel we are committed to supporting our partners with their learning and development.

Excel Networking Solutions, the copper and optical cabling infrastructure provider, has recently published a portfolio of short, informative videos and webinars. These videos aim to showcase the diversity and features of Excel’s products and services as well as inform customers about important updates, such as the latest revisions to the Construction Products Regulation, and installation best practice.

Tracey Calcutt, Marketing Manager at Excel, comments, “At Excel we are committed to supporting our partners with their learning and development. With video communication, we can provide our customers with a new perspective on our products and services and convey complex details about industry standards in a more engaging way.”

A pre-requisite of the Excel partner status is training, the understanding of which is verified through an exam process to demonstrate knowledge of the Excel system and how to design, install and test in accordance with Excel guidelines, best practice and above all standards compliance.

Tracey continues, “We strive to support our partner’s learning with video content that complements the course material. Our “How-To” videos best installation practice for certain Excel products, aiming to demonstrate clearly how best to install specific products. Our ‘Excel Explains…’ webinar series aim to break down complex elements of standards and regulations into bitesize segments, to help our customers understand important changes within the industry.”

Tracey concluded, “We are continuously adding new video content to our Excel Youtube channel. We will soon be releasing a new series of ‘Excel Explains…’ webinars that will be hosted by Excel’s Technical Manager, Paul Cave. This series will cover a variety of topics regarding fibre optic cabling solutions, and will be available online within the next couple of months.”
