The combination of each company’s technologies creates a leading solution for security automation and compliance auditing activities.

The Tufin SecureTrack™ product is a complete firewall and security policy management solution for multi-vendor and next-gen firewalls, and cloud platforms. The SOLIDserver™ DDI appliance from EfficientIP simplifies and automates the management of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) from a single pane of glass. SOLIDserver’s IP Plan data contains the "Golden Records" (technical and organizational information) which enable the creation and update of security policy zones. Integration between these platforms accelerates the deployment of security policy in virtualized environments, as well as on-premise, and most importantly to ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
SOLIDserver DDI has been designed as an event-driven solution which is able to inform the IP ecosystem of any changes in real time. With a plug and play extension pack, SOLIDserver is able to notify Tufin SecureTrack of any changes on the subnet zone association so that it can rapidly update the compliance information (e.g. zone) associated with the subnet. Furthermore, almost any operation performed either through the IP address management web interface or through EfficientIP’s APIs can trigger a notification event to Tufin. The integration enables many other possible uses for simplifying deployment and maintenance of security rules across hybrid environments.

The new integration is available for SOLIDserver Release 6 onwards, and Tufin SecureTrack.
