A new retail destination in Oxford is officially underway and is set to be completed by autumn 2017. Leading providers of 3D planogram software, Retail Smart, has responded to the news.

The Westgate retail development has been anticipated for over four years in Oxfordshire. The new destination is set to be a £440m development in one of the UK’s most historic and iconic cities. Westgate will be a joint venture between Land Securities and The Crown Estate. The building work is already underway and will play host to a number of major retailers. Michal Kors, H&M, Schuh, Next, John Lewis and Curzon Cinemas have all leasing commitments

The new Westgate Oxford will have more than 800,000 sq ft to include 100 new stores, 25 restaurants and cafes and a boutique cinema, roof top terrace dining and a wealth of new public spaces.
