In 2012 that dream came true with Snowflake Luxury Gelato. A snowflake is a pure, intricate ice crystal – no two are the same. We make all our gelato by hand in the traditional Italian way, so each one is naturally unique, just like snowflakes, and your tastebuds. Our creamy organic Jersey milk comes from a family farm in Somerset, whilst our nuts grow in the Italian mountainsides. The raspberries and strawberries in our award-winning sorbetto are picked by hand in the garden of England – Kent.
