74% of travellers have been put off holidaying in Egypt due to the recent unrest

As the USA and Germany tell their citizens not to travel to any resort in Egypt, including the Red Sea resorts, asked their customers if the recent unrest in the country had impacted on their view of the popular winter sun destination.

74% of customers who answered the survey said that the recent troubles had put them off travelling to Egypt. 64% of respondents said they would consider the Red Sea resorts, including Sharm el Sheikh, as a holiday destination when the situation becomes stable again.
