East Midlands Housebuilder wins Double Business Awards

East Midlands based house builders Hockley Developments were double award winners at the East Midlands Business Masters 2019 awards in Nottingham this week.

Nominated for 3 awards they won the Newcomer and Fast Growth awards at the black tie event attended by around 270 at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Nottingham.

With over 110 properties due to complete in 2019 and sales of over £11mil expected in 2019-20, the company is forecasting growth of over 60% per annum for the next 3 years.

Construction Director Nick Brown states, “With a clear focus on first time buyers, and Help to Buy, as well as starter family homes at under 200,000GBP we forecast continued strong demand over the next 5 years. The East Midlands offers excellent affordability and with such strong demand, and several exciting sites advancing through planning, we believe we are in a position to continue to grow strongly.
