Zen Internet wins PC Pro Awards
We owe our customers a huge thanks for their continuing support, and we will continually strive to improve the service we provide them
Zen Internet has once again been named PC Pro’s Best Broadband provider – for an incredible 14th consecutive year – with an overall rating of 94%.
Topping the ratings in three of the four judging criteria, Zen scored 98% for customer support, 97% for reliability, 91% for speed and 88% for value for money, significantly ahead of providers like Sky, BT and TalkTalk.
As PC Pro themselves point out, “If car parking spaces were allocated at the PC Pro Excellence Awards, Zen Internet would have its own… Zen’s 98% score for customer service is almost unparalleled across the entire awards, let alone the broadband industry.”
In a further mark of success, Zen also again won PC Pro’s Best Web Host award with an overall score of 95%, an increase on last year’s figure. Topping the ratings for customer support (98%), reliability (98%) and speed (93%), and scoring an impressive 91% for value for money, Zen saw off competition from the likes of GoDaddy, 123-reg and 1and1.co.uk.
Zen’s managing director for Small Business and Residential, Andrew Fryatt, reacted positively to the news: “We are delighted to be named PC Pro’s Best Broadband provider and Best Web Host. To win these awards is extremely satisfying because they are voted for by customers. This is a tremendous endorsement that our customers are happy with the service they are receiving, but they can rest assured that we don’t take such recognition for granted. We owe our customers a huge thanks for their continuing support, and we will continually strive to improve the service we provide them.”
