APSCo to host 2018 charity ball in Manchester

In response to members demand, APSCo has announced it will be hosting its 2018 charity ball in Manchester on the 7th June. The Hawaiian Aloha themed event will be in aid of St Ann’s hospice.

Arguably the most glamourous event of the recruitment calendar, the Ball promises guests an unforgettable evening of entertainment for a very worthy cause.

St Ann’s Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of people with life limiting illnesses every year, from its three hospice sites in Greater Manchester and via its Hospice@Home service which supports patients in their own homes.

Commenting on the event, APSCo CEO, Ann Swain said;
“Not only is the Ball the jewel in the crown of our event calendar, but also a chance to really make a difference to those who need our support.”

“APSCo members should be incredibly proud of their generous contributions towards important causes each year, and we are excited to see this continue for our next event. With only a third of funding coming from the NHS, we are hoping to raise positive awareness and donations for St Ann’s.”

 “While the date, venue and charity for this year’s event are all different, all the other ingredients are the same. Guests can expect thrilling entertainment, five star cuisine and a fun-filled evening. So put this date in your diary and watch this space for more information!”
