APSCo launches ‘Leading the Way’ Training Programme for 2018

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) is offering senior recruitment Managers and Directors the opportunity to drive growth through outstanding leadership with the launch of its ‘Leading the Way’ programme.

‘Leading the Way’ focuses on three core areas of organisational growth, looking at best-practice governance, outstanding leadership and business strategy. With mentoring and support provided by experts such as Paul Glynn, Lisa Jones and Kai Murray, the workshop modules are designed to equip business leaders with the tools and confidence to drive sustainable growth. The first wave of eleven workshop modules to be delivered between February and December 2018 include Demystifying Finance, a Digital Marketing Masterclass and looking at the Commercial Impact of Culture.
