Remedium Partners wins Recruitment Services Provider of the Year at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2019

Remedium Partners – a consultancy which specialises in the recruitment of overseas permanent doctors to ease the NHS’ reliance on agency locums – has been named Recruitment Services Provider of the Year at the 2019 HSJ Partnership Awards. The award was given in recognition of the company’s innovative overseas recruitment service, partnering with several NHS Trusts.

Winners of these prestigious awards - which showcase the most effective partnerships with the NHS - were announced at an exclusive black-tie event in London last night.

Commenting on the exciting news, Philip Braham, Co-Founder of Remedium Partners, said:

Our overseas recruitment trips with Trusts in 2018 and 2019 have helped source highly skilled doctors at a time when shortages and budget constraints make attracting these individuals increasingly difficult. Talking about Remedium’s entry, the judging panel, which consisted of NHS leaders from across the industry, said: “‘The judges felt that sustainable benefits were achieved resulting from an excellent process in recruiting doctors. Developing best practice from previous experience, there was demonstrable evidence and support from previous clients.’

As a result of winning this award, Remedium is now also automatically selected as finalists for the HSJ Partnership of the Year category at the main HSJ Awards in November, the biggest awards night in the UK health sector.
